Used HHH Single Bay Tempering Furnace

Used 2002 HHH 100” x 168” Single Bay tempering furnace. This electric tempering furnace was fully refurbished by HHH in 2012 and put back into service 12/2012.

Features:

• Left hand orientation (see drawing).
• 3 – 150 HP inverter duty blower motors with New York blowers.
• Main breakers for blower motors complete with Inverter drives.
• Main supply breaker with emergency shunt trip.
• Furnace touchscreen control with live back-up touchscreen.
• Back-up PC.
• Oscillating quench heads.
• Aspiration system with air receiver storage tank.
• Pop-up tables at load and off load conveyors.
• Emergency DC power conveyor drive.
• Crate of spare parts including spare furnace rolls.
• Operator’s manual, repair manual, schematics, etc.
• Complete system.
• Ran without issues until taken out of service 11/2020.
