Foam Spacer Applicator
The Foam Spacer Applicator from IGis precisely applies foam spacers for insulated glass units. The vacuum suction conveyor efficiently transfers glass along the line, while the controlled servo motor allows for precise spacer assembly. Use this spacer applicator for either metal frame structure spacers or foam spacers. Compatible with industry-leading foam spacers on the market, including shaped spacers. 1- or 2-head type available, with optional Georgian bar and T-bar assembly. Ideal for increasing energy efficiency in insulated glass units for residential and architectural applications.
