SKILL CNC Vertical Drilling Milling Polishing Machine E-D 101 is a vertical machining center that combines drilling, milling and edge profiling into one machine and carries them out with speed and precision.
The machine combines vertical drilling and milling like a grinder, with a vertical arissing machine and can be used for any process on flat sheet glass. Its versatility allows it to carry out very different operations with speed and precision.
This CNC vertical drilling milling machine grinds, polishes, mills and drills with an opposed dual head. It is designed for flat sheet glass 4-20 mm. thick and, depending on the version, can process sheet glass between 600 x 300 mm. and 4,500 x 2,600 mm.
The vertical machining center has an entrance and exit support and a central body. The entrance roller is composed of a series of motorized wheels that transport the glass to the sheet-glass scanner and provides support while the belts move the glass. Depending on the process, the glass is processed from both heads simultaneously, producing a finished product in a single step. Ideal for residential, architectural and commercial glass applications.
